Every timepiece in our collection is independently authenticated by a certified watchmaker before reservation. We document the serial number, movement signature, and provide a Certificate of Authentication with each piece. The watch you reserve is the exact watch we ship — verified by tamper-evident seal and serial documentation upon delivery.
Your timepiece ships via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured for retail value, both directions. The packaging is tamper-evident and includes a prepaid, insured return label. Tracking is provided 24 hours before your wedding date arrives, and return shipping must be initiated within 24 hours of your stated return date.
A security hold equal to the watch's full retail value is placed on your card 48 hours before shipping. This is an authorization hold, not a charge. Upon authenticated return — confirmed by our watchmaker via serial number and movement verification — the hold is released within 3 business days. In the event of damage, loss, or counterfeit substitution, the hold may be converted to a charge per our Rental Agreement.
