The Process

Seven Steps to the Day

Every reservation moves through the same curated, authenticated process — from the moment you choose your timepiece to the moment it returns to our atelier.

STEP 01

Browse & Reserve

Curate from a discreet collection of authenticated timepieces. Choose the dates of your wedding weekend, the watch worthy of the moment, and we will hold it exclusively for you. Reservations open up to twelve months ahead.

CURATED COLLECTION
STEP 02

Identity Verification

We verify every renter with a government-issued ID and a single live selfie — encrypted, reviewed, and never stored beyond verification. This is the first of seven security layers protecting both you and the timepiece.

ID VERIFICATION
STEP 03

Security Deposit

A security hold equal to the watch's full retail value is placed on your card 48 hours before shipping. This is an authorization hold, not a charge. The funds remain yours, simply unavailable, until your timepiece returns and is authenticated.

DEPOSIT HOLD
STEP 04

Authentication & Packaging

Your timepiece is independently authenticated by a certified watchmaker, photographed with serial number documentation, and sealed inside a tamper-evident presentation case. The seal must be intact upon arrival; if it is not, you simply refuse delivery.

STEP 05

Insured Shipping

Every timepiece ships via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured for full retail value, in both directions. You receive live tracking the moment your package leaves the atelier — and again when your prepaid return label is generated.

STEP 06

Wear It on Your Day

Open the case the morning of your wedding. Slip it on. Walk down the aisle with something borrowed on your wrist — a quiet detail that completes the moment. Worn once, remembered forever.

YOUR WEDDING DAY
STEP 07

Return & Release

Place your timepiece in the same insured case, drop it at any FedEx counter using the prepaid label, and forget about it. Our watchmaker re-authenticates by serial number and movement signature, and your security hold is released within 3 business days.

Why We're Safe

Seven layers of protection — each one quietly working so you never have to think about them on your day.

01

ID Verification

Government ID plus live selfie, encrypted in transit, never stored beyond verification.

02

Security Deposit Hold

Full retail value held — not charged — for the duration of the rental.

03

Independent Authentication

Every piece verified by a certified watchmaker before and after each reservation.

04

Serial Documentation

Photographed serial numbers and movement signatures travel with the watch, both directions.

05

Tamper-Evident Packaging

Numbered, factory-sealed case. If the seal arrives broken, you simply refuse delivery.

06

Two-Way Insured Shipping

FedEx Priority Overnight, insured to full retail, every kilometre of the journey.

07

Anti-Counterfeit Clause

A returned watch must match the serial we shipped. Substituted pieces forfeit the deposit.

Frequently Asked

We place an authorization hold equal to the watch's full retail value 48 hours before shipping. This is not a charge — your funds remain yours but are temporarily unavailable. Once we authenticate the returned watch (typically within 24 hours of receipt), the hold is released and your card is restored within 3 business days.
Reasonable wear from a single day of wedding use is expected and never billed. Significant damage — a cracked crystal, a damaged bracelet link, water damage to a non-water-resistant piece — is assessed by our certified watchmaker, and only the cost of authenticated repair (not replacement) is deducted from the deposit. You will receive itemised documentation in every case.
Late returns are billed at $50 per day past the agreed return date. We send a courtesy reminder 24 hours before your return window opens so it never sneaks up on you. If circumstances arise, contact us and we can extend the rental at the standard daily rate where availability allows.
Every watch we ship is documented by serial number, movement signature, and dial photograph. Upon return, we re-authenticate the same piece. A returned timepiece that does not match the original — substituted, swapped, or counterfeit — results in forfeit of the security deposit equal to the watch's full retail value, with no exceptions.
We ship within the United States and to select destinations in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. International reservations require an extended verification window and customs documentation. Reach out via our contact page with your destination and wedding date for a curated quote.
Yes. During Step 2 of your reservation, you provide your wrist measurement, and our watchmaker pre-sizes metal bracelets to within a single half-link of your fit before sealing the case. Removed links travel inside the packaging and are restored on return — never lost, never charged.
Loss or theft during the rental window converts the security hold into a charge equal to the watch's full retail value. We require you file a police report within 24 hours, and we work directly with our insurer on your behalf to navigate documentation. The process is calm, documented, and fully outlined in your Rental Agreement.
For peak wedding season — May through October — we recommend reserving 4 to 6 months ahead. Ultra-luxury pieces are limited in inventory and tend to be reserved first. Off-season dates and our high-end tier are typically available with 30 days' notice.
